SUP Illuminate
Step into a fitness experience like no other with our SUP Illuminate Sessions. Set inside a heated indoor pool, our classes take place on stable floating paddle boards illuminated by vibrant neon lighting that transforms the water into a stunning, immersive environment.
Under the glow of shifting blues, purples, and greens, my paddlers flow through guided balance, strength, and flexibility exercises designed to challenge the body and calm the mind. The low-light, color-rich atmosphere creates a fun, high-energy vibe while still offering the serenity of working on the water.
